As of 1/11/2023 we have launched our Tester Sale. We will run this sale until 2/20/2024 to allow time to wrap up any machines ordered and get them shipped out by the shipping deadline of 4/20/2024.

Order today to lock in and reserve your spot in line to receive your automated faceting machine. We will be releasing a limited supply of Gem Bot automated faceting machines to individuals interested in becoming a tester. This is a discounted price specifically for testers. We will promote and work with all testers who help us on our journey! We welcome all testers who show interest in our project. We hope that you have some experience with faceting gemstones & or some sort of computer science background. All inputs from the testers will help us improve design and functionality of future Gem Bot Automated Faceting Machines!

Pre Order Sale Details

Priority

As we move into the production stage and out of the development stage we will be handling orders on a first come first serve basis. After you pre sale order is placed we will let you know your place in line and give you an estimated delivery date.

Discounted Price

The Pre Order Sale will be offered at a discounted price than what the MSRP will end up being. We are estimating retail prices will be somewhere around $5000 for Version 1 of the Gem Bot.

Tester Promotion

The Pre Order Sale includes free promotion and web space for any tester who provides video content or information to help with the growth of Merlin's Gem Bot project! We will create a dedicated Gem Bot Tester page to help promote you and your venture while you help us! As a tester you will be part of the Gem Bot Team!

Support

Ultimately the Pre Order Sale will help support and grow the initial production of Gem Bots. Having spent lots of time and money already to bring the Gem Bot to life, we need all the support we can get.

These Pre-Order Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the placing of pre-orders ("Pre-order") with MerlinsGemBot.com. Please read these Terms carefully before submitting your Pre-Order. By submitting your Pre-Order, you agree to be legally bound by these terms. Please read through in detail over at the Terms And Conditions Page before purchase.

Pre-Order Reservation

When placing a Pre-order for Merlin's Gem Bot Automated Faceting Machine, you will be required to provide certain information, such as your address and other billing information. You represent and warrant that all such information is accurate, and you shall ensure that such information is kept current. We shall have no responsibility or liability for inaccurate information or information that later becomes outdated, and shall have no obligation to make efforts to determine the correct contact or shipping information. We will contact you before shipment to confirm your address. You acknowledge and agree that we may decline or delay orders to avoid oversubscription or as it deems appropriate, we will make efforts to inform you within two (2) weeks of our receipt of your Pre-Order, and that you will be entitled to a full refund of the purchase price minus any transaction fees.
